Mar 1994Founded “OHT Japan” as a call answering company based in JS Building, Shinjuku with 10 million yen capital.
Jan 1995Started providing phone based order taking services.
Sept 1995Introduced first gen CTI system, linking computer and phone for calls.
Oct 1995Started customer center-based call taking services.
Nov 1996Obtained special license to be able to use landlines, mobiles, and internet for calls.
Dec 1996Upgraded all lines to ISDN, and implemented second generation CTI system.
Sept 1997Opened second operation room on 11F of JS Building.
Sept 1997First and second operation rooms linked, and a new operation room was started on 2F. Named changed to “tele-net Corporation”
Oct 1997Capital increased to 30 million yen.
Jan 1999Implemented third generation CTI system.
Feb 2001Started outbound call services.
Apr 2002A showroom style operation room was opened on JS Building 1F.
